Nice story though the ending was unsatisfactory, in my opinion.

Lovely story. Could've used a sequel though.

My first Harry Potter fanfic and I am happy to say, it was one of the most entertaining fanfics i have ever read. I was reluctant at the first recommendation of the story. But now I regret not reading it from the start. My favorite parts are:

-When Ron walked in on Tom and Harry in the infirmary.
-when Harry and Tom made up in the presence of Voldemort.
-When Tom and Harry discussed Kissing.

Those weren't the only parts I liked but they were favorite among the rest. Thanks for writing!

Da End? Nu! Dey didn't kill Vildie yet! ...or should i just except that they EVENTUALLY kill him and be happy with that? Great Story Anyway. Loved it.

What an amazingly beautiful story! I've downright devoured it. I love how you write Tom and Harry's characterisation and have them slowly become friends without noticing it. You write them becoming friends and later lovers in a way that is ver believable. Just as Tom slowly changing - probably because he doesn't change all that much, still wanting to study the Dark Arts, still being "vicious, vindictive and murderous", as Narry put it.

I think my favorite quote in the entire story is Tom's ‘So we have to off him, then,’ after he learnt about the prophecy. It's so very much him, that way of thinking, there's an obstacle between me and what I want, so I'll destroy the obstacle, no scruples even when he's effectively killing himself. And yet it's not done out of greed for power or cruelty, but out of love, which shows how much he's been changed by Harry.

I like this story but i dont really get why there being mean to him because offically he is not evil yet and hasnt killed harrys parents i mean the only person he kiled was myrtle but that was an accident it not he knew she was there i also feel sorry for him having to stay with the gryffindors anyway a said but i think your so is brilliant so bye

Hikari: Correct, this means your soul forms a bond with the demon, but if your body ceases to exist, the soul bond will be broken, so it wouldn't work with Voldemort since he would need to make a new body.

This is one of few stories I find myself coming back to read. This is also by FAR the best Harry/Tom fic I've ever read (all the other ones, I think, have terrible characterization and plots at that). Your characterization of Tom is my favorite (almost like how I imagined him), the perfect balance of flaws and insecurities and ideals. I've fallen in love with your characters and plot; the ending scene with the letter is one I particularly remember and treasure. I'm so thankful you wrote this, definitely a masterpiece and a diamond among rocks.
