Man, when I saw that episode, I went straight to my room and started pacing, clenching and unclenching my fists. I was so angry. I kept playing alternate scenarios through my head with me in them. In one of them, I somehow got into the arena and refused to move from where I stood, between Ozai and Zuko. So, of course, Ozai scarred me instead. It was very satisfying.

Kind of stupid how I react to some things. These poems are great, by the way. They've reawakened that fury I felt when I first watched the episode.

I might be a little late here, but this is really, really good! I realy like it! My favorites are iroh's and the 41st's.

Ouch. These poems were painfully beautiful, and they fit extraordinarily well (for the most part). Many people will focus on the Fire Nation because of the angsty potential, but this far surpasses everything else I've read. Favorites!

I like the style, and the writing itself is painfully beautiful. But (and I mean no offense by this) it's obvious you don't know Azula. She was actually the exalted one. (Don't ask me why, it makes no sense to me. Maybe because they wanted her to be tenderhearted and Zuko to be strong...?)

The writing of Zuko and Iroh makes me cry, the writing of Ozai, Azula, and Zhao makes me rage, and the writing of the 41st division was unexpected, unthoughtof, and well-done. This piece toyed with my emotions, and the poems kept all characters canon. It's fucking amazing.

I was tearing at the end when it said, "HELP! IT BURNS, IT SEARS!" I almost cried. What an impact that had on me, I'm such a dork...ah well; life is just. Love your poem it's very good I wish I could write peotry like that. consider me a fan! I just want to let you know that your writing is being adored!

Aw, so sad! I really like it though. It's really sad, but really well done.You did a good job of showing the conflict between Ozai's country and his love for Zuko, you actually made him seem like a human being.
