I'm so glad you updated again, I absolutely love this story, and really want to see how it plays out. I'm glad Rei feels guilty- she damn well should, but I'm also glad that she can slightly see why Usagi needed to get away from them and grow into herself! I don't know what I would do about Rei and Mamoru- they've broken Usagi's trust in them (though she doesn't know it, and I sure hope they tell her!).
Keep up the good work, and don't keep us waiting too long! :D

This wasn't too bad to my surprise.

The grammar, spelling, and punctuation was good for the most part. I couldn't find any typos, but you should always read your story more than twice.

This story is devoid of transitional paragraphs, which I strongly dislike. Avoid separating scene changes with lines instead of transitional paragraphs. The story will flow better this way.

The plot is overused. It's a great idea and you did pull it off. Usagi being born in America does make sense.

Usagi isn't out of character which is great. I always doubt her friends (with the exception of Mars) being cruel to her, especially Tuxedo Mask, but it's not impossible.

Overall, I really did like it and wish to read more. I still think you're unfunny, though. ;)
