This is story was so beautifully written and explores a dynamic that is not often considered or fleshed out in fanfiction. Definitely adding you as a favorite author.

I tried looking for fics with Ganjyuu, and this is the only one that turned up. That is guite sad, but I'm in fact really happy that the only one was this good. I like the style a lot...and the atmosphere is fitting. Thank you for writing it...no fics at all about Ganjyuu would have been too sad!

I love the soft progression in this story - of time, of space, of relationships - and how in the Shiba's unique house of fireworks and palm trees and memory the four characters seem to be outside of time. Your Kuukaku has some awesome lines, and Rukia makes a surprisingly good foil to her vivacity.

Aha. Well, whether it was intentional or not, that definitely gives a nice, subtle nod to the much-theorized Ichigo connection. :)

As always, a wonderful piece. I love the idea of the fireworks for his death anniversary, and how they came about. I can totally see that. And the added touch of them being visible from the Seireitei was great, shedding new possibilities on those little glimpses in the closing credits.

Something from Ganjuu's point of view - a rare treat! You loose his thread a little toward the end of when Rukia gets drunk, though (harder to tell it's from his point of view). Other than that, superb!

Wonderful! It's always heart warming to see healing and reconciliation taking place. Nice use of Hanatarou and Rukia's black shinigami robe. Great subtle character interaction. *adds to favourite list* :)

This fic was absolutely beautiful. Somehow it hit me a lot harder than your angstier ones-possibly because happy endings are the hardest to get right, and yet they're the ones that seem most true to me. I love the way you show the evolving relationship between Rukia and the Shiba family, the way no one can ever forget but they still manage to forgive themselves and each other. The characterizations were perfect, and the writing excellent, and the tone lovely. Thank you.

Hrm...very awesome. The whole resolution between Rukia and the Shiba clan was a bit too...quick. I liked how you gave their relationship a little more life. I can definitely see her being on more friendly terms with Kuukaku and Ganjuu...they seem like nice people, albeit a bit rough around the edges like a certain orange haired shinagami. Cute little scenes you painted...dialogue was really well done too; it fit very well with the characterizations in the manga. Keep up the good work, I hope to see more Bleach fics!
