Yes, a little corny, but very sweet! And very nice to see a happy ending. I have to say my favorite part was the first couple of scenes, though: the bittersweet parting between Wes and Jen, and Wes's happy and hopeful reunion with Eric and his father.

Sorry I haven't reviewed in a while, but this story was amzing, you know how much i adore Jen/Alex!! It was good that it had a happy ending for a change, and I love your action scenes as well, very great.

Great chapter, great story overall! As much as I love the Alex/Jen pairing, I love the drama/agnst the two have to go through before getting back together! Can't wait to read "Jennifer" whenever you get the time to work on it. But moreso, enjoy your leave! When my best friend returned from Iraq, all I remember him doing was sleeping, lol!

Aw, the goodbyes were so sweet! They can be the hardest things to write, for me anyway, trying not to drag them out. I liked Jen's especially. Wes' homecoming was so sweet, and I loved the inclusion of Stephanie, not too involved, but a big part anyway.

And once again-- I can sure tell you're in the military! That letter of Jen's . . . all that official army talk. And that scene following . . . wow. I don't know, maybe it's cause the whole story's been so darn sad, but that scene really got me!

The wedding . . . . so sad and sweet and beautiful! And then the baby! . . . you really overloaded me on sad happiness! LOL, Alex was so adorable, and it's such a perfect thing to happen to them!

And now the story's over . . . *bursts into tears* You'd better get going on more soon or I'm gonna go into withdrawal! LOL, awesome story-- totally one of my favorites EVER!

Great battle scene! Those are hard to write and you got a great mix of action, detail, and emotion. The wind-down is very nice - naturally I liked the Wes and Eric conversation, with the affection showing through the insults, and the scene at the end was sweet and held some promise for Wes being able to move on.

Well, you definitely gave me a few good scares in this amazing chapter! At one more or another I was certain each one of the rangers was a goner! I absolutely adore the unspoken moments between Wes and Alex, it’s so neat how you make them get along. And Jen’s same boldness, and newfound smarts to go with it!

You have the greatest battle scenes in the world. . . I love how they all work together and every move is accounted for. I also like how realistic all the injuries are—they aren’t all fighting through everything, but they’re doing their best!

And those other officers sure had great timing, huh? LOL, well at least they came in time to take care of them all :)

And my dear Eric . . . . what a scene! What else can I say? :p You know I loved it.

The end scene with Wes and Alex was so great!

I love that part, it was SO sad, but something about it was just said so right. And it was nice to see Alex open up a bit to Wes, who was so sweet about everything, giving his advice!

And the end—LOL! That was so cute! The things men unite over . . . So nice to see everything getting put back together. Hopefully. :p

A wonderful little chapter! The fight scene between the Rangers and Frax was exceptional!

I liked the little banter at the end between Alex and Wes, very well done and cute!

Great chapter. And it's nice to see Alex and Wes getting along, and seeing that they share one thing in common, that they both care a great deal about Jen.

Wow, very tense and exciting! Great battle action there, very suspenseful. The struggle of the Rangers fighting against the odds and under such terrible conditions really came alive very convincingly. In one spot it was a little unclear whether Katie had her suit on, but that's very minor.

Also it was nice to see Wes working so seamlessly with the others, expecially Alex, and to see Jen being so tough. Great work, can't wait for more!

Oh dear, poor little Wes! He’s so sad :( And he’s trying to be so brave about it, I’m glad Jen was nice to him. And I love how you write all those unique scenes in the middle of the chapters, love ‘em :D

Alex sounded so annoyed when he got hurt! LOL, it was funny (and sad, of course). And I adore how you have Alex and Wes with each other—they’re not worried about stupid things when they’re in a life and death situation! LOL, and Wes smiling through it all . . . His “hooah” line was adorable, and he made Alex laugh!

Great ending, the INTENSITY! Can we say anticipation? ? ? You HAVE to update soon! I must know what happens to these guys! ! ! !

Just a reminder that you're in the army! Plenty of action to go around in this chapter, but a HUGE set up for a battle in the next one. One of these days someone is going to have to write more about Time Force tampering with genetics, it would make for a good fic. Good to see Alex and Wes side by side to, you must be in your own personal heaven writing about BOTH of them.

Nice chapter. A lot of action and it looks like the battle had only just begun. Can't wait until the next chapter.
