I find stories where male/female characters are friends and love each other without it being a romantic love are rare and to be treasured. I liked how the story seemed to fit over various episodes, reading this you could see that maybe this was happening behind the scenes through the various seasons. I also like how this is in Emma's voice, although she acknowledges at parts that Craig's feelings might be different such as "He would say that we’ve been friends since the wedding we danced at years ago, and sometimes I agree but only because don’t want to hurt his feelings." Overall just a great read and I'm glad I stumbled upon it. |
