DrippingInk 2006-10-21 . chapter 1This story of yours is the most depressing of them all. The writing is as good as what I'd read before, but their relationship is intentionally killed. I absolutely adored this little one-shot, even though it didn't work out in the end. In my opinion I think the ending was different and somewhat "bringing everything together" (although I have no idea if you know what that means). I really enjoyed this and look forward to reading more of your stories.

PAEC 2006-08-26 . chapter 1Well, I must admit that you are a very skilled author. No typos, good grammar, no 'OMFG MATT I LUV U!". Good piece of literature, if we're talking from a skill and literary standpoint.
From an opinion standpoint, I hated the ending.
Let's just put it this way. Mimi is my favorite Digimon girl. Hell, I list her as my favorite Ani-Girl EVER on some lists. She's just that good. Matt doesn't really make any favorites, but he's cool. Put him and Mimi together, it's good.
Sora and Matt, well, that hppens to be my LEAST FAVORITE couple. They're not made for each other in any way, and as far as I'm concerned, there is no reason any fanfiction should have them together. Then again, that's exactly what a fanfiction is. You can do whatever you want. Hell, I do whatever I want.
You kept me reading until the very end. You had me constantly asking myself, as the scroll bar went closer and closer to the bottom of the screen; 'Will it happen now?' 'Will he say 'I Love You Too' now? 'WHEN'S IT GONNA HAPPEN?!?'. Turns out, you used that aspect of writing very well. It kept me reading right down to the very end.
Of course, it then proceeded to piss me off, but still.
To summarize my pointless opinions, this is coming from a Mimato supporter, and not a Sorato (I believe that is the term I am looking for here) fan.
The way you write is great. Love it. I'd love to see more, possibly multi-chapter, fan fics from you. I would read them.
I just didn't like how it ended.
Keep on writing. |
