I have a new favourite story!

Your style is very accessible and your story is interesting, I don't see this pairing often and yours is well-written. I particularly enjoy how well you balance Bao-dur's love for Visas against his loyalty to the Exile. Also, Atton is a much more interesting choice for the Exile's partner than the Disciple--I always found Mical to be a very strange choice for her, even though it is the one that the game's very rushed ending seemed to imply.

I hear Kotor 3 it for Xbox 360, Which sucks 'cuz I have an original Xbox.

It was great how you made everything make sense, even stuff that is unexplained or cut content, such as the group's confrontation with Kreia on the Ebon Hawk on Dantooine, or the entire ending. The ending made me happy too...Atton and Bao-dur ALWAYS die in the cut content fanfics! Definitely nice to see a fic where they don't but it still includes the events that lead up to it. And I liked your little changes... Kreia's "A love, however unrequited it may be" definitely makes more sense than just "unrequited". And it made me laugh.

Wow! This is possibly one of the best star wars stories I have ever read. I have never seen anyone do Visas/Bao-Dur pairing before. Please write a sequel! This story was awsome

Aw.. This is a truly wonderful story. Brilliant I might add. You've portrayed so many emotions and people in their true character. You've done a wonderful job. And you've got an A for originatlity. I would have never thought of a Bao-Dur/Visas pairing, ever. Now I find myself loving every minute.

That was just brilliant. I was horrified when Mira and the Disciple died (Mira is one of my favorite characters) but it was just that good that it hit me right at home. You took the cut content and brought it to life in the ending just beutifully. You deserve twenty years worth of chocolate for this! ^_^ Awesome job.

*sigh* I don't want it to be over but if it had to end, I think it did so fittingly.
This fic, and especially this chapter, were really wonderful on two levels. The first, it is just a really solid, really clean, and, often times, really poetic piece of fiction. The writing was so soft and gentle which suited the fact that it was entirely from Bao-Dur's perspective. But, it wasn't smooshy either, for while his love of Visas was evident and masterfully rendered, there was still war, pain, death, etc, all set against that love story. Ideas flowed from one to the next and overall it was just lovely.
Secondly, this fic serves to fill in the many gaps the game left at the end. You have taken the intended ending and woven it into your own fic so that now we have an idea of what "might've been." (with the added bonus of the characters' thoughts and feelings and the interplay that we are all working so hard to fill in with all these fics.) It is bittersweet, having a glimpse of what they purposefully chose to cut, but your fic serves the purpose of restoration.

Also, the Atton/Exile scene was lovely and powerful without overshadowing Bao-Dur and Visas. You turned Atton's near death into a wonderful observation between B-D and Visas 'cause it could just have easily been one or the other of them dying. Poor Atton, for the loss of his arm, and poor Exile for giving up a piece of herself to save him, but in the end, their sacrifices pay off.
Loved it, can't wait for the next one, whatever it shall be.
I probably won't play the game again for awhile but--the ending was too abrupt and unsatisfying but at least I'll have your fic to show me what really did happen. :)
