It was extraordinarily written. You really delve into the deeper confines of Jien's mind. Reading this, it becomes so much clearer why he needed Kougaiji to be his salvation.

I love the way Jien thinks in this, and how hard the whole situation is on him.

I really enjoy that thought that he had the idea for killing her before he actually did it, and that he hates that his body can give her what she wants.

Wow... I love the way this is written, especially the ending... Few people actually bother to look into Jien's perspective and I find they overdo Gojyo's.

A distubrbing yet totally true to life glimpse into Jien's mind. He's twisted, but you can tell why. Yet -another- brilliant fanficcie - it's inevitable.

This was very good. You captured Jien and and his feelings toward his mother nicely. Keep it up!

I like the progression in this, how he moves from questioning to rationalizing to simply angry. The idea that his ultimate solution to the problem of his mother was one of rage as much as defense is a nice touch. Jien is often depicted as so kind and considerate that one wonders how he became the right-hand-man of a warlord's son. Your perspective here offers a plausible and wrenching avenue.
