You know what? The first day my parents gave me my cell phone, I felt the same way Kaoru did. I'm a very forgetful person (back in sixth grade, I got confused with my classes... on the last day of school)
Just 3 months ago, I lost my cell phone running home. My mo got so ** off at me, but then someone called me with it 3 days later and returned it; Iw as very fortunate.
