Quite possibly one of my favorite Royai fics. I like them bittersweet. And when you add lines about mistaking 'his bare skin for a bare soul,' the work moves past fanfic territory into human insight, and those are my favorite ones of all.

dude, i like this. you need to make a sequel. It's really good, and Roy's my fave character since Hughes was killed off in episode 25-he used to be my fave character. oh well.
