XD Your twist on relationships and all was quite interesting. Yes, probably won't ever happen in the DC world, but still something to think about. Looking forward to ENCOUNTER! =D

SN 1987A 2007-04-16 ch 12,	abuseglomps Wonderful story, wonderful narration. I literally laughed outloud when you made the reference to Hakuba being related to Chris Vineyard. But I was sad to find out that Shuichi died. And surprised to find out you paired Ran and Hakuba. XDD Alec seems like a fun person. XD Hey, Sarcasms has a semi-happy ending. amazed I still think the end of first scene is really, really sad. :(

Claude le noctambule 2007-04-16 ch 12,	abuseWell, I've finally finish Sarcasms, and I take the time to read a second time all the previous chapters before to read the epilogue. Now what could I say about the end? You have gathered all the pieces of the puzzle and I didn't see any plotholes or mysteries anymore but...I've mixed feelings. It was not a tragic ending, not a fairy tales happy ending either, it was... lightly bittersweet. I was expecting a climax, to see the story concluded with a sad failure for both Shinichi and Shiho(the two trapped in eternity and separated by the barrier of the age difference and the barrier of the different feelings until the end of times...) or a optimist ending full of hope(Shiho discovering the antidote and deciding to giving her chance to love and Shinichi). Instead of that, we have...a different ending. It was not unpleasand, just...unusual. They're living happyly ever after, their relationship become...unique, not totally platonic love, not totally friendship either and, of course, not love...which was fascinating. They found a kind of happyness different of the one they both expected and life continue after all the pain and the sadness... It was...well, I love that but..I didn't expected that. It bother me that I couldn't explain my feelings about your ending.-_-; That said, I loved the way you handdled the aftermath of the end of the orgu, more specially the Hakuba/Ran romance, Shuichi's death, Mitsuhiko maturing and Sharon Vyniard "damnation"... (it's a pity, all those concepts deserves fics for themselves, like Shiho and her MPD problem but well..XD) And now I've finally understood who was Shiho's mother. In conclusion, I trully love this story and I will never thanks you enough to have writen it.^__^ Ps: Why did you feel the urge to justify yourself in the last author's note by the way?Conan/ShinichixAi/Shiho had become part of the fandom and you don't need to convincing someone or to made excuse because you wrote about something which would never happen in canon.XD

Definitely going to add this to my favs. Your writing style is very simple and detailed at the same thing and while reading this, I felt that the tone of the story was almost scarily sarcastic too. -Kristine X3-

T.T thats mean, I better catch up now xD at the first, im going to read Encounter, and I found that ... (u know what I mean ^-^;) so I guess I'll read your other story, and this one (sarcasm) catched my attention. ;D this is very interesting story!! Luv it tons! xD and to be honest, usually I kind of not interested in story with first person point of view, because i think it'll be bored if we just know bout what one person feel. but when i read this, u prove wrong. this is so interesting!! and with this point of view, I think u had successed to make your reader get into the story but with no much information and the reader have to think for what happen next. and yes, as i read your story, i began to ask myself what happen, what would happen next, and im starting to guess where the story goes. but still in the end, u successed to surprise me (well, maybe it count as a shock? xD)! at the beginning, i think this is AU, but no. so its her alter ego afterall! nice twist. my, how I admire your talented of writing more and more now! cant wait the epilogue...though i hope its me who wont be lated read the epilogue... -sigh- college really kill me now... neewayz, im hoping Ai will find the antidote becoz it really strange if not (like shinichi said nout pedophile thing xD) and, almost forget... you're became evil now!! becoz u make so curious! i really wanna know bout the events when Ai began to have alter ego and starting to appear in front of shinichi. im dying to know what happen. what kind of appearance Ai had? what was shinichi's reation, how shinichi face her alter ego though its really interested him (like he said), and so on. see? thats why u become an evil for me xD ...so cant u write that part? xD oh, by the way, how old are they (ai and Shinichi)? i cant predict their age becoz of the antidote thing. and ayumi got married, who's her husband? not mitsuhiko i guess since her family name 'mifune' (and i kind of hoping she'll get to married with mitsuhiko xD) also bout Ai's mother. is she real? or just her alter ego? and what happen with Shinichi's father(yusaku). he dead? how? and her mother? how come the pers didnt know her since yukiko is a famous actress... oh my, as always your story left with many questions... ^-^; hope u dont mind. and, this is my review after so long time, so can be help if its (very?) long... :)

I love the melancholia and the loneliness we feel in every lines of this story... Well, each of your story give me the feeling than your protagonist are captured in a strange dream(or a strange charade?) to escape the harsh of the reality... In fact, I've this feeling in this one before you kill me with your mischevious twist...I don't know why...But it didn't expect it would be litteraly the case... Well...What said? I relly loved this... I don't know how you do it but I love your Shinichi/Shiho story because it was always hopeless in them to see those two together... But in the same time, we feel hope than maybe... Maybe Ai will finish to made a true antidote and then... Well, I've few question anyways... Blondie and dustman are Gin and Vodka? But how it's possible to them to not age? For the same reason Sharon don't age in the manga? And if Mifune is Ayumi after her mariage, I think, so the guy you describe like it was Shuichi was...Mistuhiko? Well, some mysteries remain in the end... But the greatest mystery... Will you, one day, write a story where Shinichi and Shiho will finish to find hapiness together? Or will you continue to made your reader cry with the torture of hope? Sigh... I want than your protagonist will never awake for their dream in Encounter... Or than the Charade between Shinihi nd Shiho would become real... But with you...Y_Y Anyway, congratulation for this bittersweet masterpiece and I waiting the epiloge... And I hope than maybe...Maybe, Ai will found her antidote in the end...^^

And then of course came your typical FS-twist out of the blue to hit me up the head and make much more make sense. (That wouldn't happen to be one of the unknown FSs at work, would it?) But it doesn't _all_ make sense yet~... Like how's Alec going to take this? Who was that woman Shiho had been sharing a flat with? W as it Yukiko? What killed her? She can't have been just a figment of Shiho's imagination... And why did Yusaku die? Why did he have a seperate flat? I know I had other questions too, like why is Akai in the police now? (Had been wondering about Mifune-san, but had mistaken the quiet one for Takagi for some reason. XcD) And aawh, is so sweet this last bit. Bitter-sweet. (Dagron's going to have to stop review here, thunder and lightning for the win. Urgh. I'll wait for the epilogue... ^__^; Good luck!)

When I see someone use a word in a manner clearly completely contrary to all known uses of the word, it just really, really annoys me...'sarcasm' is a noun, yes, but it's not the sort of noun you can pluralise, as it's an abstract. The way you're attempting to use it in the title and summary of this story... I want to read it, because of all the good reviews (particularly by authors whose opinions I respect), but... I just can't get past the title.

Fredryck 2006-08-16 ch 11,	abuseOk, wow...I realized that you are a genius. This was utterly unexpected, one of the best twists I've ever read...whoa. So Shinichi has shrunk once, Haibara twice, and...omg. Anyway, I really loved this chapter; finally the mystery was revealed. But who was Ai's mother then? One of her alter egos? And Black? Was he the boss? Or I would say Gin, but then who's the blondie? And what about Alec? Well, I guess I have to wait for the epilogue to have my answers. Good job, FS the twist-queen!
