Aw - so sweet! Good for Doris. Nicely written, I enjoyed this fic.

I read this story today and I really loved it :) I think it was really sweet and written really nicely. :D I really hope you will do another Charming/Doris fic someday!!

Aww...glad to see another great chapter! The only concrit I have is that it seems as though Charming goes from insulting Doris to asking her to the ball rather abruptly. Might be nice to see a little bit more of an internal struggle there. Other than that, great!

Moving the story along nicely! I'm curious to see what happens with Charming and Laslareen. It's kind of funny to me that everyone is giving Doris advice on how to win Charming even though they all think Charming is a total "scoundrel". I'd think they'd be telling her he's no good and she should find someone better. But I like him, so I'm still rooting for them to get together in the end.

Aw! I feel sorry for both Doris AND Charming, actually. The bit about him working as a deckhand was VERY cute. He's a spoiled brat, but I think he'll shape up by the end. Very cute story.
