M, this is my new favourite chapter! (All yours are my favourties, but this is my favourite of the favourites.) Havoc and his family dying. Won't they . . . I don't know . . . get wind of the Lieutenant's parents' deaths and wonder what Havoc's doing? "Oh, he's probably busy with the funeral. Let's not grieve him any more." >>;; Yeah, that's how it might sound.

Ah, I really like the conspiring between the homunculi. (Conspiring. Ooh, what a delicious word.) Envy really does love to play pretend, doesn't he? Fletcher acting all Envy-like . . . *shivers* He's too cute for that. Maybe when he gains a few inches it'd be strangely menacing, but not with his short stature. And what happened to the original Fletch? Is he alive? Is he hurt? T_T

Great, now I'm all hyped up and ready to write. (Hey-ho, let's go.) I guess that's a good thing, but I should save this rambling.

Yes! Chapter 8 and soon the chapter I've heard so much about, I can't wait! ^__^ (Wow, chapter eight, I can't believe it. O.O This is the first fic I've ever followed so doggedly.)

*cough* Back to the story, it does have a similar feel to the anime, especially with the Roy-and-Hughes-talking-seriously-in-a-pub sequence. I love your Hughes and Roy interactions! They're absolutely fantastic. If you could make it better, I'd die of bliss.

Also, Russell and Ed are being the sneaky older brothers they are, which makes me nervous. At least the younger siblings are having a good time. Like I said before, it's a kind of up-down feeling that is projected through Edward. And you throw in the homunculi just to add a third opinion! Sloth suddenly appearing helps the plot move along.

What does Ed mean, 'they did it?' 0_o He's an Elite now?! This makes me so confused, but don't try explaining, I know I'll figure it out in later chapters! Heh.

Last lines always better. I forgot to say it, but it's true, dammit! I feel so outranked. XP This just makes me want to write Same Direction even better to meet this kind of magnificent story-telling. It also makes me feel better when I run around in the narrative. XD

Reading this in the morning is the highlight of my day. Continue, kay?
