As some of your other fics, this one has a very interesting idea and is well-written. Although I'm not a big fan of the very end, I liked all the other parts, especially as it was my first time reading a sort of dark Sai! Interesting idea too, btw :)

Authors and authoresses should get thanked more often don't ya think. I mean they spend their precious time writing fics for other peoples enjoyment (hehe sounds kind of selfless that way don't it)

this ending is amazing!i absolutely love the idea of hikaru with sai's heart. i thought it to be absolutely unique when i started reading this fic!then when i came to the part of the sai becoming "evil" though i thought "selfish" would be a more apt description..oh nvm that. anyway, the whole becoming "evil" thing right...i thought it was quite suitable to sai's character. not that i don't like sai..i think he's mighty adorable in fact!=D but sai did start out with his character being so for the most part of HNG...

then when you threw the whole idea of combining their souls together, you absolutely blew me away with that wonderful twist!many authors that attempt such twists then to either blow it out of proportion by way way way too much or undermine it all together. however, this is NOT the case for this fic!!and that i'm really happy and grateful for=D

ANYWAY, i really hope you have a sequel for this fic!i can almost fashion a whole new one with hikaru's amazing skills and the rivalry between father and son!wai!!

Yay! *cheer* I think this is what I've been missing in all the Hikaru no Go stories, as well as canon. (Actually, I miss it in other stories as well for some reason, even though other people would classify it as such.) A real happy ending. I don't feel sad because my favorite character isn't there any more, or because it feels like they're going on with their lives without me being able to read any more. Thank you so, so much for writing something this wonderful!
