I've already said it to you jbird but this was absolutely brilliant. You have captured their characters to a tee. From the moment I started reading I was hooked.

This is an amazing fic, I really enjoyed it and I loved the ending.

Wow...I...holy...just...wow...lol! I just spent that last hour and a half reading this story...and I just looked up to find that it's 2am and I didn't even notice! I started the first chapter and got completely swallowed and enveloped into the story! I didn't even think to review it until now...this was an amazing story! Seriously, I could see the whole thing unfolding in my mind...you are a brilliant writer, seriously! And the words and language and descriptions you used...you showed their emotions and love and heartache and longing perfectly! I love Sam and Jack and after reading this fic...well, yeah...well done! This was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed it! You made me smile, laugh even and even tear up at several parts! Well done, very well done!

This is absolutely one of the best J/S stories that I have read in a long time. It is going straight into my favourites to be re-read in full when kids/husband are not demanding my attention! I'd also like to add to the pleas for a follow-up story.

You've done it! And with a superb last chapter. I loved the whole thing but I'm especially fond of the Casablanca-scene and the last scene in the park where Jack tries to talk her out of moving. Good that she is stubborn! The end is great; strangely much more satisfying that way than if we'd actually read Jack's last line. Great way to end a great story!
