Love the tenderness in the entire story, but especially the last line said by Alexander. Hephaestion really is his king. But there is this lingering sadness in the story and it pains me. It is just the way Hephaestion presents himself, thinks. Alexander does it too. It is as if in the end, they know how things will end. Its so sad, but the story is wonderful despite that. Enjoyed it tremendously.

You just have to love that Hephaestion can overpower Alexander. Hephaestion always wins, and it makes me so happy. Wonderful. Let's see what the next chapter has in store.

Wow, very interesting. I like the bit about Hephaestion sharing Alexander with the world. It is wonderful, how he says that he knows Alexander will always come back to him. Makes my heart warm. Love it!

I sometimes wonder how such opposite people are so right for each other. How is it that Alexander cannot see what Hephaestion is trying to tell him? Oh, wait, its that anger streak he has.

I can't wait to get to the next chapter. I am loving the slight sexual tention that lies here. I hope Hephaestion can get through to Alexander in the next chapter. We'll see.
