Absolutely fricking adorable! I had a smile on my face throughout the whole piece which turned into this huge grin the minute Ranma said:

How cute! That was pretty funny, the blunt Ranma comment and the huge misunderstanding that Akane had. That really brought the characters to life. I loved it!

Very Sweet! Nicely done, I like the idea you came up with for solving the fiancé mess. I like that it is Ranma's choice and that they both seem to have matured. “I want you”, seemed like an easier way for Ranma to say it than "I love you". Fit his character better I think. Only thing I saw grammar/spelling wise was when Akane asks, "what do you mean? feeling curious as to what was going through his fiancé's mind", I think you meant her not his. But no biggy, just letting you know.
