This is an excellent, wonderful little story, and beautifully written, too. My two favourite characters are Minerva and Severus, and of course I enjoy a story about these two immensely, and even more so as you are writing about an episode that is so difficult and painful in the whole story. But apart from my personal preference for the characters this is, in my humble opinion, a very well constructed and enligthening fic showing two interesting and deep characters, both quite out of place of their usual terrain and therefore understandably shocked.

Wow, this is excellent. I haven't read any Minerva confronts Snape fics yet. I like how she doesn't answer him about the love, its like she doesn't fully trust him.

I am right there with you about Snape. I keep waivering and can't decide whether he is black, white or grey. I am still holding out for AD/MM though, I mean who else could the married Hogwarts professors be (and have it matter to the plot)??

Hermione doesn't belong to my favourites but the other three and I think we have the same favourite pairing, therefore I like your story, no, wait, I love the whole idea.

Sigh... at least he had a few moments with Minerva before they had to say goodbye, and a few moments at Albus' grave. Drat that Albus for not telling Minerva more!! But remember, it's not really over until Book 7. And then, there's always AU fic... More SS-HG! More AD-MM!

Good. Now I know I am not the only who still hope for true nobility in Snape (and I thought I saw more of that in the sixth book than all the previous ones combined, minus the ending ruckus of course). I hope I won't be proven wrong. And BTW, I have a theory similar from yours as well.

One of your favorite characters has died and one of them has been thrown into complete Hell in a bazillion ways and you don't know what to think on him anymore. I can relate. My favorite characters are Remus and Albus with Minerva, Sirius, and Severus in a really close three way ties for second. Of the five, I only really have two left: two were murdered, and the third was the one that committed one of the murders. Sad, huh?

You did a very good job at trying to justify Severus' actions. However, I believe that, unfortunately, he has indeed sided with the Dark.

I commend you; both of your favorite pairings may have been completely destroyed, but you're going to keep on writing. I will also keep writing, although recent events have made nearly all my stories AU, destroyed many of the possible future stories that I was going to write, and may have damaged the ADMM ship beyond repair (I doubt the latter will ever occur).
