it sounds painfully real and that's what I love most.

two different are always going to be somehow different and 'm glad you didn't gloss over that.

To me it doesn't sound all the painful. It just sounds like what love is, a compromise. No one has ever been in love with anyone and liked everything about the other person. Love is complicated and accepting (which you have shown because they both understand the others goals even if they don't agree with them) and having the good, postive times outweigh the bad.

Thank you for sharing (look a pun).

I really liked this. it's very true to their characters. Being together would be hard for them . they are two very different people who are both stuborn and used to getting thier own way. It would be very hard to change how they interact and they arn't used to sharing what they are feeling so it is doubtful they could make the other understand. if they are even cabeble of understanding at all.

This was really good. I'd go on for hours about all the things that were perfect little details, but...that would take hours. *grin*. Lol! Seriously though, although it's true that it's strikingly different from the One Piece atmosphere, it was still an amazing introspection.

This was a really nice read! I really enjoyed it. I think you covered a lot of really good topics between Sanji and Zoro. Great job!

Beautiful, and so true.

And painful indeed, but that's exactly how good ZoSan should be. It annoys me when people try to write this pairing as a "comfortable" one... when I feel like sweet and comfortable, I go for ZoLu - when I come to ZoSan, I want to see edginess and fighting, and you did it well.

Dman that was good!

I like how you portrayed both Zoro and Sanji's thoughts on one another rather than just one POV. I also liked how accurately you managed to keep them in character! Especially when writing shonen-ai.

Please write more~ ^^

As you said, pretty realistic. I loved the fact because I think it's the first time i'm finally reading a ZxS that leaves me such an impression of realism. That's brillant one.

Brutal and honest. Much how they themselves are and wonderfully done, I might add.

Quite well written in terms of structure and presentation, making parallel paragraphs does have the effect of showing clearly the differences, and the importance of each.
However... That must be the most IC SZ fic I've ever set eyes on, and at the same time, so out of place (of it's background, OP). It's true that IF it happened, and they had started "messing around" -in Zoro's words- with each other, the differences between these two characters are too many and noticeable.
However, GREAT fic, it IS poignant, but the capacity to do realistic is underrated (understand this as a praise ;), and reality usually is not how we would like it to be.
MHAH! However, thanks for ending it that way (it leaves me with higher spirits:), I already started frowning at the word "forget".
Well, keep up the good work anyway, here appears another fan of thine who encourages for more OP fics. ^^

Wow. I think what you said about realism is one of the defining aspects of their relationship (canon or otherwise). I love the way that it's an established relationship, and yet, it isn't.
