Yay! Another chapter!

I just LOVE grief-stricken Pizzazz...particularly when she said 'Don't ever question me'; to me, that's a very true reaction from her. Funny thing is, I've known ever since reading your Prologue story that the Raymonds had a shady connection to Jacqui, but you still managed to surprise me with just how deeply the two families are enmeshed, through blood and money.

Also, the 'shipper in me is all giddy over the dream-scenes with Pizzazz and Eric. For all that people say that those two might have had a fling, a thing, whatever...no one seems to write about it. Very cool that you did, you're quite talented at portraying mixed-up emotions. ^_^b

I noticed you had a little trouble with your italics tags -- the words mash together when you emphasize in the middle of a sentence. But that's the only thing.

This hit my nostalgia button perfectly. I love how you finally sorted out the two-sided triangle.

Okay gal the suspense is killing me is there a happy ending or not. I love the stories all the way through.

Well, then. You really meant it when you said you had more ideas for this soap opera of a Jem saga! Eric's reappearance is a bit disturbing, and I'm curious to see where you're taking the whole scenario with the Misfits and the static between them. But I think I know your work well enough by now: we haven't seen the last of Riot and his desperate plans, have we?

I laughed and squee'd all the way through this. You have such a wonderfully epic sense of the Jem universe; no character is spared your gimlet eye. Gloriously campy in the best possible sense. If "Jem" is ever revived for TV or live-action film, Christy needs to know about your talents.

But I warn you, break up the Misfits and I'll show you MY "uncharacteristic tenderness." ;)

Aaiee! Cliffhanger!

I'll have to go through this chapter by sections, because each one was awesome and so, so wonderful. It was like reading the transcript of an actual Jem-psiode. ^_^

The Stormer and Kimber section was wonderful. I love those lyrics...is it the actual Tiffany song, or an original creation? I have such a tough time with song lyrics. Took me forever to come up with the one song for Stormkpr. And I love that Stormer is getting a little of hers back, and thinking of how she'll show Pizzazz up.

Eric's scene was so, so cool. I practically had a "Prison Break" flashback while reading it. Michael should have consulted Eric Raymond on how to get his brother out! ^_~ The suspense of his escape, and what that crazy bastard will do to Jerrica and Co.! It's killing me!

I loved Jerrica's introspection and the sweet, comfortable vibe between her and Rio now. Lord knows that they deserve happiness, after the three-ring-circus that their lives became during the series.

Raya's! Baby! Is! Coming! ::runs around in circles like a madwoman, screaming::

More coherently, the relationship between Raya and her mother is so realistic. I'm glad that they've patched up their difficulties, more or less. Can I tell you that I'm in love with the idea that Mrs. Alonso believes her dreams? My grandma does that. And Luis...we have to give big ups to Luis for being such a gentleman. ^_^

Waiting so impatiently for Chapter Eight! Thanks for your supportive comments to my own fanfic. Hopefully, I'll be able to get something out for that, myself, soon!

Despite your appreciated A/N, some of the more mature content still shocked me a bit, but certainly--as "Rio" so eloquently inferred--your Jem-adventure-turned-"Dynasty"-episode was full of all the twists and turns that I've come to expect from your writing, aja. Creative as always, and so bittersweet for Rio and Jerrica. Like your first 'Jem' tome, your little sequel has come full circle and tied up all its loose ends, rounding itself out rather nicely in the process.

Stripping myself of all self-respect here: AUGH! MORE, MORE, MORE!!

(In other words: I'm entrapped within your spider's web of a cliffhanger and I'm dying to see how Rio and Jerrica escape from the selfish dementia of those awful Stingers! Awesome job on this chapter, aja.)

I'm not feeling at all articulate today, so I'll just say that your story continues to be very good and to hold my interest. Keep it up!
