Ha, you are now my hero! well one of them at least. i think that you hit the nail on the head with this! just about all Kai/Oc or Anyone/Oc stories follow the "rules" you wrote and end with the same, stereotypical, Happy-ever-after-for-the-misunderstood. no wonder most writers on this site stay amateur. keep up the good work!

'Kai decided it was best not to mention he was on steroids'. So true, I love the guy but the muscle definition in the first series was slightly disturbing, kind of made me want to grab a pin and see if his arms would pop.

This totally cracked me up. Er, well I would be cracking up if I weren't reading this at the library. Instead I sporfled. -siigh- I love it. Mmhmm!

You forgot the part where the OC does not beleive in love because of her 'dark past' which consisted of rape and drug use. Also, Kai is a player but is cold... And then there are the even more stupid ones where Kai falls in love with your OC so quickly and begins to 'tenderly hold her'... What's up with that?! And the ones where, if it's a high school fic, OC is the new girl and when she enters classroom she says something supposedly 'funny' with a cold face and everyone starts laughing and dudes drool and talk about getting in her pants but of course she is a trained fighter so she whoops their ** because they try to assault her. Kai is amazed that she is not like other girls and girls are jealous of her beauty. (News Flash!: Not every single girl is like that! Nice fic by the way

Wow! This was a good one! I was sniggering the whole way down the page ( as if I 'went' all way down XP ). But seriously, yeah, pretty much true... that's what I have usually read and was soo bored of that I switched to reading some different anime! And decided to pen down a proper Kai/OC fic too, which DOES NOT include such inanities!

Anyways, there are some exceptional Kai/OC fics around on this site, which are really worth a read ( plus the OC is a bit ugly XD ), but all those are from the old members. The newer ones don't do anything other than what you wrote out. And seriously, it seems as if people have completely forgotten the fact that there are other characters existent too! DUH!
