Enjoying the story - and the concept is... interesting enough to keep me reading.

Couple of character issues for me so far - one is the Hermione character - just not finding it believable. You've nailed the personality pretty well - nosy busybody who always has to be in everyone else's business all the time - but her relationships with other people? I just find it too hard to believe that EVERYONE would just accept her bringing Ginny into the Slytherin dorms - Harry as Alpha doesn't mean complete mind control over their reactions after all.

And when Draco finds her? He may not jump down Hermione's throat, but a bit unbelievable that he would just let Ginny go play in the common room while he divulges MORE information to someone who can't keep her gob shut as it is. There's nothing about Hermione that compels him - if anything, he's letting the Alpha down by doing so - even IF he had been ordered to do exactly that. If anything, escorting BOTH out and informing the alpha would have been more believable for him.

And the rest of the Slytherins? Just play games with Ginny and chat to her? C'mon... you can't convince me that there's no one who would be annoyed, or wouldn't say "Hermione we have to put up with, but not you".

I recognise that you want to have Hermione play some sort of role, for some unknown reason, but I wish that it was more believable in terms of everyone else's interactions with that character.

I just made this discovery. A truly amazing adventure with a solid hero embracing everyone the world was throwing away and getting love and loyalty in return.

You got to love Snape and Harry in this and Draco stays in character. He isn't AU strong, but much like canon until here he gest to discover his own self respect and worth.

I really loved this story.

Only a slight niggle, but the correct past tense of lead is led.

I really hope Ron isn't a traitor (sigh). Interesting chapter. Well written. I liked how Harry stayed true to his Gryffindor bravery in front of Riddle. That quote from Dumbledore and the bit about death being an adventure- simply priceless.

WOW! I like the idea of James journal and the lengths he went to in order to conceal Harry's true heritage. This is very interesting. I like everything I've read so far; in fact, I don't understand why anyone would ever report this story. It's really good. You're a great writer.

So far, I'm thinking it's way too meandering and, hmm, petty? I don't know, young. I'm skimming a lot because the words seem unnecessary and kind of corny. But it's a concept I haven't seen, so I really want to stick with it... / I'm really hoping the writing style picks up some. I'll stick with for a bit, anyway.
