Oh this story was just so touching. You did an excellent job of portraying him as something other thanstupid and annoying.

oh lord, this truly is a moving piece of Kuno fiction. I admit I have a minature soft spot for this guy deep inside. It's rather strange to say such a thing, ne? I have to say the POV writing makes Kuno sound a great deal human. I feel this story makes the reader sympathise with him a great deal. You did a good job at writing this first person story, especially when it is about someone bizarre like Kuno Tatewaki.

Not bad, but I didn't like the ending. Call me cold-hearted, but in my opinion suicidals are gutless cowards. There is *always* hope! And somehow Kuno doesn't strike me as a person who would commit seppuko, no matter how much he usually goes on about his honour.

Anyway, minor nitpick. You wrote:

Surely you mean *less* then others?

But all in all, it was well-written and moving, though way too depressive for my taste.

Oh. My. GOD. Why didn't I review this before? This was so well written and amazing; I love it, and I really did almost cry at the end. Poor Tatewaki never did get a break, did he? And committing seppuku. . . the poor guy. *sniff* You have a good handle on the characters, that's easy to see; please continue writing, I'll always continue reading. -Chibikat
