Lesson the first: do not write fanfiction for the purpose of killing of your least favorite character. Ever. Maybe you and your friends can't stand Riley, but don't inflict this ridiculous "story" on the general ficcing public.

Lesson the second: everyone in this fic is so OOC they're off the scale. Have you ever *watched* the episodes with Riley? THE SCOOBIES LIKED HIM! Despite the fact that most BtVS fans aren't fond of Riley (myself included; I thought he turned whiney by the end, but I did sincerely like him at first), the rational ones are at least able to admit that Buffy cared for him, Willow, Tara, Giles, Dawn, and Joyce liked him, and Xander admired him. Spike was the only one who detested him, because Spike wanted Buffy and Riley stood in his way. Riley was not an idiot. He was a regular guy, if a bit on the naive side, and the reason many people didn't like him was because he didn't fit into the supernatural Buffyverse like the others did. Xander had already fulfilled the Normal Guy niche. Angel and Spike were vampires, Giles, the watcher, Joyce, the mom, Willow and Tara, the witches, Anya, the demon, Dawn, the Key, Buffy, the Slayer. After the Initiative Riley had no superpowers and was left in the lurch, thus making him seem boring in comparison to the larger than life characters around him. [/end rant]

As to the others... Willow is NOT a ditz. "When does Willow ever think things out?" Hello? Have you forgotten all those eps where Willow cracked the case with her brilliance and adorable nerdiness? And - A MAGIC WAND?

Beyond all the crappy characterization, there's also the overwhelming fact that your grammar and description are sorely lacking. If this had been an original story with original characters, the reader would have had no idea as to what you were talking about. There's no explanation for Willow's bizarro idiot behavior or the Scoobies' absurd hatred and disdain for Riley. And you didn't even label it as a parody.

As to your author's note at the end, saying, "And if you happened to ab-so-lut-ely HATE this fan fic.. well, geez! This 'ere's my first Buffy one O_o Alright?" - so? Just because it's your first it's supposed to automatically mean you get a "Get Out of My Fic Being Sucky" card? No, that's not the way it works. Countless people's first fics are brilliant, and you should strive to be so, instead of writing this childish tripe.

Geez, my sister was right, a lotta Buffy fans are REALLY picky. C'mon, this is my first Buffy fan fic! I don't expect a Pulitzer Prize O_o This is how I see the characters, not necessarily how they are shown on the show. Hence the phrase FAN FIC. But thanks for the review, WatcherMan. What the hell was that? It makes no sense at all. Spike saying "Ewww"? I think not. And he doesn't even have a good accent. "Suspicious of that-" Where did you learn grammer? The zoo? Please do not insult the intelligence of BuffyFanFic readers with any more storys of that quality.

Final Grade: B,good but not exeptional.
