I like this story. I love the insight into the minds of the two Eevee, the one of which is mistrustful of humans because of his bad trainer and the other of which still has faith in them. The dialogue between the two is very interesting to read, although I've noticed that occasionally you used an exclamation mark at the end of the narrator's questions, when he should probably have a question mark there. The fact that you used the same italics to denote thoughts and dialogue also makes it a little tricky to tell which is which. However, the story is generally wel-written in terms of grammar and mechanics, and all the words appear to have been used correctly.

The ending to the story is a bit abrupt, but since it probably gets expounded upon in another story that may not be a huge deal. However, it is puzzling why the narrator evolved into an Umbreon- an Eevee has to be very happy to evolve into Umbreon, and the narrator never seems to be happy.

I find this story very interesting. LOL. I know this is a very old fic of yours, but would you mind putting up an ending? I feel sorry for the Umbreon and the Vaporeon. I hope Umbreon learns to trust humans again and finds Bairn.
