Your writing is so good that it doesn't take one so hard to imagine the scenes and everything else. I don't know how to explain this review well, but all I can say is that I could actually feel every event in this story of yours - specially in this chapter. From the machina explosion to the Gippal vs. Rhycis scene, I could picture everything so clearly - and it's all thanks to the awesome way you write. You even seem so knowledgeable about human/male pride. (Mind if I quote a bit from this chapter?): "Had I actually been holding him up off the ground? The thought struck me rather wildly. /Cool./" That. That really made me see the depth of concentration you put in your story. You are a-w-e-s-o-m-e. Kudos.

It was well-written all the way through and I'm glad I took the time to look for this story again so I could continue reading it! A truely great job!

rimedragona 2007-08-21 ch 15,	abuseThat was a beautiful story. ^_^ I came looking for a great GippalxRikku fic, and boy did I find it! I enjoyed every chapter, even the ones that seemed a bit rushed in spots. I'm sorry I didn't leave you a review for every chapter, but I'd rather read as much as I can and then give my thoughts. One thing I did think could have used a bit more work was Ryhsis' motivation. I know he was following Meyn, but was he just a crazed follower, or did Meyn have something over him? And Meyn, why did he shoot Ryhsis instead of Rikku? You made it sound like that was his plan the whole time, that that was what was going to persuade Cid. It confused me a bit. Other than that little bit, I loved it. It flowed well, even after long breaks in writing, and the description was just beautiful, even poetic in spots.
