Anyway. I really like how this new story is going. Can't wait to see how things go in the next chapter. ^_^

Quite the contrary I think Kuwabara's character was perhaps the most realistic. How many of us would be able to take something like that well? especially when confronted with such facts. Personally I think he's handling it quite well. I enjoyed Yusuke and am eager to know what has fallen between him and Keiko. Poor Hiei, he really does do angst so well. and Wah Yukina! (intersting idea about her captors and she did after all stop Hiei from killing that one man and didn't that other one try to save her?) You've really left us in suspense! It was a great chapter I loved the interaction between Hiei and Yusuke.

As a general rule, I don't read many fics about Hiei and Yukina. They're both in my top five favorite characters, but ye gads, I get ever so tired of them. Black hiruiseki this, Hiei-tells-her that... Nevermind the fact that I've never seen 'Hiei Tells Her' done well, and I find it highly OOC for him to tell her... Blah.

But I've grown so impressed by your writing (luring me in with a Kurama/Kuwabara and not letting go, rather clever of you!) that I had to check this out. Maybe Hiei-Yukina will finally be done right...

Honestly, my only complaint is where the heck is dearest Kazu? Yukina rescue mission... he'd cut off Eikichi's tail and eat it before leaving Yukina in danger. Downright OOC of him... unless you have something else planned. Something bad better have happened to him. =P

I admit, I'm one of those who starts slipping out on heavy action scenes (yeah, wrong anime, I know), but I liked this an awful lot. My kind of Yukina-Hiei fic: Yukina completely throws Hiei for a loop every chance she gets, and is completely oblivious as she does so. And it seems that here, she might.

Yukina loved that brute? All to keep Hiei alive? It's quite thrilling. What exactly is Stockholm Syndrome? I heard about it and I want to make sure I have the right idea about it.

I liked it a lot Stockholm Syndrome is an intersting twist to it all. Poor poor Hiei. I say that with the utmost sadness. I mean not only does he (accidentally) kill her he has to carry her dying body. How not fun for him. Jury duty. How not fun for you. Did you get choosen to be on a jury? (I should probably look on your blog for an answer but I hate to just write things about stories and not try to at least be semi-polite to authors especially if they leave author's notes). I have a terrible feeling that this isn't going to be a very happy story (I think the notes in the summary gave it away). Glad you're back, I was wondering where you had disappeared to.
