Still one of my all-time favorite House stories. It's timeless as well, since this scenario could happen at almost any time in the series history. It's always something I've wanted to see the show portray - how House's refusal to play nice directly and negatively impacts Cuddy, who's usually stuck cleaning up his messes.

That is so sad, but a really heart-warming ending. Very captivating story; I loved the emotional turmoil House was going through and how he got to see how Cuddy feels when she looks at his leg. Great story.

This was seriously a fantastic journey. Again, my attachments to second-person-narratives are not too strong, but I must admit that you definitely hold the language and images with them.

I can't thank you enough for this story, especially for sharing the special friendship at the end. House/Cuddy/Wilson friendship seriously just warmed my heart, how they were both there for her at the end, to fill that void of the 'friend/family member' sitting at her bedside. As cheesy as it sounds, I think those two fit in very well. Thanks again for sharing this great piece.
