M. N. Nep 2008-06-29 ch 42,	abuseDavis is Ryo? Commendably original... but unfortunately unrealistic. The reason? Ken really does know Ryo. It's that simple. Unfortunate, but this does completely destroy that plot twist. Before Ken became the Digimon Emperor (when Ken first got Wormmon), he met up with Ryo and had a good fight with Melleniummon (you've used that Digimon in the the fic, so you know about it). And that is just in the Wonderswan games which you've so casually dismissed. Ryo is quite clearly (briefly, but quite clearly) seen in the actual anime in the aftermath of Wormmon being destroyed during Ken's visions and also in the movie Our War Game, where he watches the fight with Diaboromon and types on his computer. So Ken knows Ryo, and unless Ryo somehow turned into Davis, he can't know both of them at the same time. Unless you're trying to say the Davis is only impersonating Ryo in the Tamers' world and the fact that both he and Ryo both have a Monodramon as their partner is pure conincidence. And Cyberdramon is just naturally feral. And Davis' new father in that world somehow knew about Digimon beforehand. And Davis himself was so traumitized he lost his entire hothead personality entirely. One way or another, you're destroying a canon. If not the Wonderswan canon, the 02 canon. Which makes the whole base for this fanfic null anyway. Because you're basing this fic on the Adventure 02 anime. Which, in turn, has roots in the Wonderswan canon. And if you rip up the Wonderswan canon, you rip up the 02 canon. Which also shreds the base of this fanfic, making it collapse down. Which also knocks over your sequel like a pack of dominos. Which screws everything up, including your paradoxical plot twist. Which is quite bad.
LillyDeCross 2008-06-22 ch 42,	abuseMuch lateness in reviewing since you are a good ways into the second half if not done. I read this late last summer but never got around to speaking up about it until now that my school year is over. I like the idea of this story a lot and I like how it makes Daisuke-san not such a good person in the way that makes it seem like he is a real person. The idea is, as I said, very good but I would have liked to seen it expanded on a bit more. I would have liked to have seen the idea behind Daisuke-san's darkness expanded a bit more so that I could see it fitting into the show. It does fit the story but I'm not sure it fits the show and manga fully. Like I said, I'm not sure as it has been years since I've watched or read second season. As for B.Azulongmon, I know I haven't read the second story yet but, I would liked to see his character more developed. What bring him to hating humans. Why did he go so far as to use Daisuke-san for this plan of his and just why would he want to hurt not only his brother but all the other Digimon? I know this is not an original idea to make Daisuke-san Ryou-tou-san but I like how you did, given him a place in the third season. I know most of this must seem like I dislike the story but I really like it and will et to reading the second one soon. I just think that it could be a much better story if some things were expanded on a little more. I like your writing and your ideas so I hope to keep reading even more of your stories later. SwordOfOblivion 2008-06-06 ch 7,	abuseJust as information, as im sure you've heard it before and at this point you just don't care, Omegamon IS Omnimon. Omnimon is the Amercinized name of Omegamon. Omegamon is NOT, however, the literal traslation, it's just said that way in the non-translated version. (like, they dont say Bannomon, Ban'no meaning Omega in Japanese, but they actually SAY 'Omegamon' when refering to Omnimon in the show). Just felt you should know. Sword Of Oblivion

Very clever. And Azulongmon PURPOSEFULLY lost the battle? I DID NOT see that coming! I wonder what he has in store for Davis...
