I really like your portrayal of both Sanada and Atobe and the gradual developing from dislike-> friendship-> love. I love how Sanada didn't want to finish their tennis game because he thought Atobe would leave him; that is just so cute XD

I hope you write more of Tango pair in the future :)

This story is absolutely fantastic. I love how you wrote Atobe and Sanada. They both have great characterization. This is probably the most realistic Tango pair fic I've ever read. Great job!

Awesome, loved it :D the Tango goodness! Great writing, the omake was sweet xD Really really like the part about Atobe's generousity (how being able to afford the gift didn't lessen the thought behind it) and the whole Tezuka-rival perspective (i.e. what Sanada wants to be to Atobe etc.)

Why haven't I stumbled upon this fic before?

I really liked the Sanada/Atobe pairing after watching the anime however, it was so hard to find good fics with that pairing... so I kinda gave up on it.

But reading this fic just rekindled my love for the pairing. It is pretty impressive.. The first chapter is really good. I'm looking forward to reading the whole fic...

So I guess I better read on then. :D

i just so adore the omake.though i couldn't agree that tezuka was beaten that easily by atobe.even echizen hadn't beaten tezuka in the real sense of the word.
you managed to keep the characters IC,foe that,i'm impressed.

An abrupt and sudden kiss. Of course. It's their nature. Oh, these two balance each other out so nicely. And they're not afraid of hurting each other or getting on the other's bad side. They're just honest and blunt, true to who they really are. I'm not making any sense by this point, but I still feel that this is what keeps these two together so firmly and well. They won't let the other go, no matter what. That's just how they are.

Well, Sanada has been blank and clueless for a few years now. So now this is abrupt and catching him off guard. Well, sucks for him. But. Perhaps it's better that he didn't notice this until he was too far gone. He's so stubborn that he probably would have done something drastic and that he'd regret later to prevent a relationship of that nature from occuring between them.

WOW. How intense and deep. A mental game...? That really makes sense! Perhaps I missed a chapter when they went into explaining the Tezuka Zone. That move kind of gets on my nerves.
