What I love about thi story is that you didn't put full blame on Draco. Because he was damaged and unstable, so he couldn't fully be accountable for his actions.

I feel that you didn't make Draco the bad guy added more character to this story, I don't think it would have been the same if Draco was doing it out of sadistic pleasure.
