I think it's just called a trident, not a spear with a trident tip. That's needless informations- tridents are all spears.

Wow! This is an incredible story. I had this recommended to me by one of my reviwers and I have to say, he was absolutely correct! He had nothing but good things to say about you. You keep everybody wonderfully IC and made me want to read more when the first chapter was done... and now I go on to the second chapter!

(And this is just me, but now everytime I see a fiction with Sheena and Raine I can't help but think: "Reena time!". Haha. I'm a little obsessed with my own fictions, as you can tell. Anyway, see you in the next review!)

Characterization was good throughout. Spiffy job on that. This fic was just a good romp. Angsty to humoress...awesomeness. You write action scenes the way they need to be written, making it fun to read. I admit, I always haven't been a fan of action/adventure, but your fics make me want to read more of it. Of course, I don't think I'll be satisfied with any other action/adventure fic I'll read besides the stuff you write.

Really...you need more reviews for your stuff. What the heck is wrong with people? You got a good quality story here, and are in the process of making another one.

Anywayz, I hope you update Chasing the Ethereal Fox soon! As in pronto...but I do understand schedule restraints.

Heheheheh, sorry for the (very) late review. I was busy with stuff and new videogames.

Anyway, nice ending. Damn, that Rubber-soul was damned... persistent! He just wouldn't die, would he? That last fight was good... a little long, but it didn't get boring at any point.

As always you had everybody's characters pretty much correct, and I liked your writing of Seles, too. She doesn't seem to be so angry as before and yet she isn't all sweets either. Well, good for Zelos, he had been slapped too much recently. And by Sheena, most of the time *laugh*.

Nice last fragment with Yuan. It _must_ have been creepy, with A Day in the Life in the background! That's probably one of the songs I like the most in the entire world, but the ending creeps me out if/when I hear it late at night. I'd love to turn you on...

I'd be afraid of Elvis, too. I don't like zombies, even if they sing rock & roll. I have to say I haven't seen Lost (I refuse to watch it in spanish on TV and I can't find it in english anywhere and the DVDs are too expensive!) but I grew up with the Beatles (damn my hippie parents) and I think I got most jokes, too... they are just too great, and I agree when you call this fic a ToS Sargent Pepper's. It's weird to find someone who knows so much about the Beatles in this place, it's also a pleasure...

In that topic, ever seen a movie called "Sargent Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band"? It's SO bad, but you have The Bee-Gees, Alice Cooper, Aereosmith, Earth WInd & Fire, Billy Preston and Peter Frampton all singing The Beatles. It's what happens when you try to make a plot out of Sgt. Pepper's and Abbey Road. If you haven't seen it I recommend it out of pure fanatism.

What else can I say? You managed to balance everything pretty well, so this fic should be pretty accesible for the general public...everybody has their spot-lights and the pairings are light and scattered, to the point that they can be understood as friendship instead of romance... that fits an adventure story like this much better than full-blown OMG I LOVE YOU scenes.

So yeah, good work, and congratulations on finishing this.

Surprisingly not, you managed to end the story with the best chapter yet. Amazing, this truly is the very best ToS-story I've ever read. I'm really looking forward to your Sheena-story (ninjas!) and I will of course not miss a word of it.
Hope you're alright and all, thanks once again for making this brilliant fic (The fighting scene in this chapter was long, but fantastic) and don't wait to long before you start that other story. :D
