and yes, it is very hard to speak the Filipino language nowadays. Kasi naman lahat ng media at paaralan puro Ingles yung tinuturo eh. Tapos yung mga magulang natin biglang nabuwibuwiset sa atin dahil 'di tayo nagtatagalog. Hehe sorry for the little rant.

bro, medyo halata na translated ang fanfic mo. Mas maganda pa siguro na pumunta ka sa Pilipinas, matutunan mo ang Filipino bago ka magsulat ulit. Alam ko hindi mo mother tongue yun, pero alam mo, kapag natutunan mo naman yun, enjoy na ring magsulat.

Tuklasin mo ang ganda ng Filipino. Gawin mo rin syang pang-araw-araw na salita para mas masanay ka.

Kapag nagawa mo yun, ako na ang nagsasabi sa yo, mas maganda, mas maayos at di hamak na mas malalim na mga istorya and magagawa mo.

Ok, that was cute. Pointless, yes, but cute.

The fact that you're TRYING to write in another language is excellent (albeit, a native language, as it were). I've found that writing or speaking in a foreign language helps the speaker/writer speak/write better in English.

And as for Fillipino... to me, it's almost an irony, as I've had the Black Eyed Peas album MONKEY BUSINESS playing almost non-stop and the song Bebot just rocks. It's nice to see someone as proud of their heritage as Apl-d-App. And I never knew just how strong a sub-culture Fillipino was in this country. It's very cool.

Then again, I'm just a pruny, nerdy, white boy from Orygun...

This made me laugh for a few reasons..

The main one being, I am half Filipino but.. I can't speak the language at all. Reading the first bit, I felt so lost.

However, I can see your point, with the language options.
