The fact that he was nursed so well by those who had taken him prisoner and then, ultimately, offered a new life amongst them was a great outcome to the tale. I've always thought it a contradiction that Aragorn was both a warrior and a healer, but I suppose sometimes that is how things have to be. Your use of the word 'troupe' (group of performers) did confuse me slightly in the first paragraph and I thought I'd misread what was happening (there is also an incorrect spelling of moustache). |
