Nessa is perfect. Absolutely perfect. Just her whole wintry, bitterness... And Glinda...! *swoons* The way she's so fragile, yet refusing to believe Nessa's cynical assertion about Elphaba loves Animals more... Absolutely perfect as well.

Everything about the characterizations are dead-on. Congratulations! Many, many cookies to you.

The one thing that I could offer in the way of criticism is that you tend to put commas at the end of speech when they're not needed. Like..."Blah," Character said. "Blah blah,"

You only need commas when you're attributing speech to a character. For instance, say, "Blah," Character said. "Blah."

So...yeah. It's not that big of a deal, and everything else is fine, but I'm just...obsessive.

...Hi! Just wanted to say that I think this is lovely. You do an excellent job of getting into the heads of both characters. Thanks to Wicked RPG, I have a special fondness for fics about Nessa, and yours is especially good. So, thanks for posting. :o)

I love your writing. I always wished that Elphaba and Glinda would have been in love, I think they always kind of were, just not publically. *le sigh* But anyway, I totally think that what you wrote could have been from the book. You a somewhat similar style to Gregory McGuire (oh i think I spelled that wrong) but I really enjoyed this, it was short, but it had to be short otherwise it would have just been boring. The last line, totally sounds like it was written by Gregory himself. Grade A work, if I do say so myself.

I really liked this. Especially how you tied the ending back in with the beginning. Very well-written.

Oh! I may not have seen this musical, and therefore not know the characters, but I still really like it!
