Love this story. Cuddy was so in character and all her emotions just seemed very plausible and relatable. Beautiful job on this, cute ending too.

Well, anyway, I really love your writing style - the constant lines in brackets is part of it, isn't it? Your characterization of people, especially Cuddy, is so accurate too.

So I'm... what, over a year late? Don't you love those kind of after-the-fact reviews that come long after you've written the story? I stumbled upon this on my endless search for a good Cuddy character fic that does not end with her sleeping with a main character. It's been a tough haul, but it was worth it to find this.

This is spot-on. You've captured her beautifully, and I love the thought process. I love the parenthetical remarks, and how she kind of banters within her own thoughts. I like how she pushes Joe away at first. And the ending... there are times when I just think the ending fits the piece so well that it can't possibly continue. This is one of those times.

Sorry for the rambling, but this goes on favorites. Cheers for a great read.

This is very nice. It's great to read something about Cuddy that doesn't have her bogged down with her colleagues, and yet, doesn't neglect the impact that her work has had on her life.
