I'm a little confused as to how Sousuke actually proposed, if it was when she first showed him the stone when she retrieved it from her room? But besides that, this was a beautiful read! I can just imagine Kaname lounging on her couch, gazing at the ring on her finger. Thanks for writing!

Very sweet, yet still very realistic, view of how Sousuke and Kaname could be in the future. The prose is also nice. I find it varied and interesting and never over-board.

The non-linear way you wrote the fic works nicely, but is at times slightly confusing. I get it after reading it again, but there were a few things - like how and when she got the stone and ring - that made me pause the first time.

This fic is a rare gem in its own right. I've only watched just a few eps but I can see the SousukeKaname connection easily. Your writing captures that complex relationship probably only the both of them can comprehend and the lapis lazuli ring represents that. I'm impressed by the meaning behind this story, how you conveyed it and how you tied it up at the end. The simple but meaningful way of telling your readers a particular message is always something I admire. :) Thanks for a great read.
