I love how Rebecca's the one with the violent undercurrents in this chapter; as I'm sure I've said before, it's nice to see Crane hanging out with someone other than a perfect Mary Sue. She's aggressive, fiery, and a total foil for Jonathan's quiet psychosis. :)

Honestly, I love Rebecca. She accents Crane perfectly. You seem to have his tone down to a positive science. I love it! Rebecca has an attitude, a real one which is a marvelous trait. Your writing style is great, wonderful job!

The suspense builds!! I'm so curious to see what happens to Rebecca and Jonathan...will they be discovered? Surely they have a backup plan! As you can see, I'm tearing myself apart with curiosity. Please post a new chapter soon!

Ah, they share a nasty streak! Awesome. I'm so glad that you're not making either character a saint...most people try to make Crane out to be a good guy and their OCs to be even more pure, but you're very honest about your characters' darker sides. They're there, and because you shove them under the reader's nose ( it's a good thing), we have to accept them. Anyways...loving the whole twisted relationship thing. Keep up the good work!!

I agree with you...Rebecca is anything but Mary Sue. She's strong, stubborn, and can definitely hold her own against your creepily-portrayed but equally strong-willed Crane. Your writing style is very brisk yet eloquent (what I would give to make the chapters of MY Cranefic as beautifully concise as yours!), and has more than a touch of dark humor in it. In short, I'm hooked; I'm putting you on Story Alert so I can see where this story will go, so keep the excellent chapters coming. :) Again, amazing job. I can't wait to see more of this.
