aw i loved miho in the first series she was one of my favourite characters and i was so annoyed that they got rid of her and kept tea/anzu in the american series. this is most definitely going on my favourite list

Wow...this was, wow. I'd have never thought of Miho thinking this way. I mean, in the manga, we didn't know much about her and she was a pretty sweet character in the anime. This is so sad. I know it sounds stupid, but I wish that she had been in the second series as well. Well, anyways, wonderful story!

Huzzah! Someone else remembers her! When I first started watching yugioh, she was my favorite character. I was sorry to see the general lack of interest people have in the first series. And I also think she more than qualifies as a friend in that series. She's always with the main characters, she's often very important to the plot, and I think her and Honda are cute together. So good for you! I was very glad to read this.

Just a note to you guys: Miho's fame comes from the first series, but was left as a casualty for the series switch. Although I can just imagine Miho going on for hours about wanting the God Cards...

But honestly, I miss Miho... She's a fun damsel in distress.

Honestly, considering she was only in one chapter of the manga, and barely spoke any lines THEN, I hardly think she qualifies for the position of 'friend'. Classmate, maybe. The one Honda crushed on, and she declined to date him, that's about it. I'm certainly not going to feel angsty or dramatic because she has an overinflated opinion of herself.

And a critic is sometimes a writer who actually takes their craft seriously and hates seeing the English language abused and molested, and in the world of fandom, can often be a fan of the original that thinks Mary Sue McSparklepants isn't nearly as fascinating as her author thinks she is.

Sometimes they're both. Tell your mother that.

How Sweet, but I'm sure Yugi, Anzu,Jou, Ryou and Honda, had never forgotten her.

All I have to say is WOW! and well done. (Miho is my favorite character.)
