Wow, what an incredible one-shot! Where to begin...? I love the different look at some of the relationships here. Kratos being like a parent/teacher to Mithos is always overlooked (I forgot it until halfway into a fic that I wrote ^^;) and you brought it out nicely. Doing Martel more ditzily and Yuan more stonily was a take I've never seen before yet still fit perfectly with their personalities that will appear 4,0 years later. The vocabulary and descriptions that you used were lovely; I'll have to reread this and look up a few in a dictionary so I can remember them. Finally, a nice ending that wrapped it up perfectly and an original idea. Well done! I'm off to grab a dictionary and take a second peek!

This was enjoyable. ^_^ You did a great job with characterising the four, and I especially liked what you did with Mithos. I've always thought he'd be more than a little resentful of Yuan where Martel was concerned, judging from the way he ended up in the game.

Yuan's not as smart as he thinks in your fic, heh. Especially where Kratos' emotions are concerned. But I guess he finds that out later.

Like I said, a very enjoyable fic. You might want to check out your HTML, though, because seems to have stripped the "greater than" and "less than" signs.
