Uhg! Sakura is so annoying! She doesn't have a claim on Sasuke, she doesn't own him. He is a human being, not some item you can call dibs on. She says she is inlove with him, but how could she? She doesn't even know who he really is, just that he is good looking and has a cool mask. You can't love someone you don't know, you can only love the image of them your imagination created. She thinks Naruto was being inconsiderate of her feelings, but she is doing the same thing to him. People like that annoy me the most. I guess it is true to her character though, because as you said before she is unknowingly self-centered. Good chapter though, I'm excited to see what happens next!

This fic is just incredibly good. It is well written, *spellchecked* and your characters stay IC within their roles in this AU. The love growing between Sasuke and Naruto is so achingly well written, the tenderness, the insecurity, the need - which only makes the eventual smut all the hotter.

As a bonus the whole "Naruto as a groom" is well realised. Either you work with horses/have ridden for a while, or you've just been very thorough in your research, because it feels real to me. And I should know, because several of my friend are horse-crazy, and I myself rode for about 10 years. (I miss it now, after reading this!)

I love this story! I hardly ever write reviews for fics but i just had to for this one.

To be honest i've come across this fic many years ago but could not read pass the first chapter. (I'm not very fond of horses and the introduction sort of put me off a little)
However i'm super glad i had another shot at it xD Definitely one of the best fics around!

I like how it's descriptive enough that I can imagine the story playing out in my head, but not too descriptive that i have to re-read the sentences to wrap my head around it.

I love the relationships between characters. I love how the characters actually interact at some point in the story. Majority of the fics i have read just have a couple of characters interact and have the rest basically ignoring each other which i find really weird/awkward. Also, it is so refreshing to read a story that has such a mature, realistic approach to Sasuke and Naruto's relationship rather than having them go at it like rabbits in some cheap porno XD

The only critique, if i have to say, is that the characters were quite OOC, but that isn't much of a problem for me... and i guess if they didn't have those particular OOC traits there won't be a story now will there?

Anyway! Hope you update soon! Don't leave us hanging! Everytime i see a horse i'll be reminded of this fic and i'll check for an update!! :D

I stopped reading this story a while back, and just as expected little has been done in the year since. Its unfortunet when one of the few well written stories is given so little attention by its author. Still, if I were to come across this at its completion it would likely be an enchanting read.

-Sigh- So it's been three months since you've updated, and seeing as I'm new to reading this story, I don't know how often you typically do, but I just have to say you need to do it pronto. Cause this is surprisingly good. I mean, I've never been interested in horses, and this story revolves around them, and yet, the characters are great, and for the most part, are still in character. Naruto is probably the most OOC, but he has his reasons, and I love your Naruto a ton too. This is a great story, can't wait for me. I'm interested in how you'll fix this Sakura thing, if it is fixable at all. And the race, let's not forget the race. I cannot wait to see how that'll turn out. But Naruto won't be able to concentrate if things are so horrible. Or perhaps riding will take away his anxiety for the moment. Can't wait for more. Thanks for a great story. :)

It's always annoyed me the way she loves Sasuke -.- she just seems shallow to me but *shrugs* (in the manga, not your story!) I spose she's not so bad in part 2... ah well xP

Ahh I love this story!
I normally don't read AU fics, but something about this one caught my eye!
I love the way we get to see things from Sasuke's view, and we know that he really does care for Naruto. For a while I was beginning to think that it was going to be fully from Naruto's POV and I would have to be wondering for the whole story if their feelings were mutual :P
And I also actually really like Genma, he seems like a good stable point for Naruto. And his teasing with the nickname is adorable.
I feel like yes, Naruto should be upset for hurting Sakura, but she really seems like an obsessed fan girl. From the reader's point of view, she hasn't even spoken to Sasuke. I feel like her breakdown and telling his secret made her look little insane lol. I hope he realizes that he has something real with Sasuke and doesn't let her craziness come between them. But I do love the drama it creates :P
But seriously, I adore this story!!

These stories always make me think of Sakura as the biggest bitch ever. I mean, she doesn't LOVE him, she only likes him for his looks and other stuff. She doesn't KNOW him like Naruto knows him. She had NO right to hit poor Naruto. =.= Bitch. She's supposed to be his best friend, right? And best friends don't let boys or girls get inbetween their friendship...right? ...She pisses me off...Enough of my rambling! UPDATE SOON!

Ho my ! Such a cliffhanger. First the situation between Sakura and Naruto (I loved how Sasuke was protective) and second it's before the competition. Will Naruto make a good race (but he is stressed by the discovery of his relation )and make his father proud? How will the situation resolve between all? Genma is understanding and seems Kakashi to, but what Raidou and Kiba are thinking? Will Sasuke's father discover all? And how will it change Sasuke's and Naruto relation? So many question. I like your story very much. It's well writed and original. I love your Naruto and their relationship is so interesting, cute and so manu other thign. I hope you will be updating soon and that you didn't loose interest in this story...
