Good storyline, good ideas. One thing: Your sentences are often really odd. They don't sound right, or they're fragments. You ought to get a beta to correct the problem. :)

i'm going to review for this story.. but its not a nice one

first of all, syaoran with tears in his eyes TWICE? one time is ok, but two times? and him blushing for being close to sakura?

the ending was pretty stupid. well thought out, but all in all, stupid. unless the doctors were lying, sakura shouldnt be able to speak at all.

also, the title is SILENT CONFESSIONS, i was hoping for something along those lines. not outloud, which referrs back to the above comment. i cant say keep on writing, for fear of unlogical stories.
