Re-read this (after having just read it earlier today) really enjoyed it, the feeling, Wes's reactions, Lilah's emotion, the (for me) hopeful, perhaps happier ending. Thanks so much, great writing!

Nicely written, beautifully captures the back and forth feelings between these two. Thank you for writing it, really loved it, esp. this part:

She'd saved him. And when she'd begged him, silently but clearly, to repay the favor, help her find her way, he'd left her to bleed to death in the sewers. When she'd shown up at the hotel, still silently pleading for help, he'd refused her once more, leaving her alone in the hotel.

Wes did bring out the goodness (perhaps) or at least humanity in Lilah. I know she loved him, and I have to feel for her in spite of the horrible things she did. If only she could have met him before she joined Wolfram & Hart! These are very good and evoke a lot of empathy for her in me.

Excellent work. Those were some damn impressive 100 word drabbles there. Nice job on all 14 of them!
