This is really beautiful! I love it! I am glad that Meiling was able to let go. A lot of the fics I read show that Meiling would kill herself or kill Sakura. Is too bad that they aren't together, I am a Meili fan. And even till the end of the series, Meilin still haven't find the one. Even in fics, people have to make up a character for her or pair her up with Syaoran. While Tomoyo was paired up with Eriol and S&S. Oh well...great job!

Oh Man...to tell the truth I'm a little piece of sh*t and I've been really emotional lately, just ask Aes, but man, she and I were reading this together and she goes, "Are those tears in your eyes?!"
Well, I'm sorry! But it was really just...so sad. But sweet especially when you say how she was never really catching up to him but that he had simply slowed his pace for her and for him to stay with Sakura. Crap, I'm going now... =P

Awww. That was sad and sweet. Very kawaii! Meilin (sorry, I'm American, so I'm not used to Mei Ling) doesn't have too many good episodes. Did you see her in the 2nd movie? She and Madison (Tomoyo) devoted their time to trying to get Sakura and Li alone. Meilin even hinted around to Sakura, that she needed to tell her true feelings soon. It's very sweet of Meilin. Anyway, good job!

This one is very good too. You used the exact Japanese word at the exact time, explaining it to the reader during the process. It HAS a meaning, an important meaning to the story when you did so (and not the usual, casual and horrid usage I've seem over too many fanfics around the world). If it was a play, I would call it dramatic effect. It's not perfect only for a small flaw in the beginning of the story (you used "once" twice) and if you fix it will be then perfect.
