Interesting. I find your characterization of Itachi hilarious. And, like I mentioned before (see review on other story) I really like your writing style. You're a really good story writer who can structure stories so that they flow/make sense, and you're also really good at maintaining the character's personalities from the anime. Of course, I like "Got to Get You Out of my Mind" better. So PRETTY PLEASE update that one first!

xD Lol I laughed hysterically while reading this!! I loved how Itachi and Kisame were fighting over who was gayer heh. :P This line was hysterical:

“…Are you petting me?” Sasuke asked, dumbfounded. Who the hell did this guy think he was? Going around playing with people’s necks like that!

Come now, you can't just leave it there...next chapter- write Itachi and Sasuke meeting, (Itachi totally could knock out Sasuke, take him to a random cave and start kissing him. Orochimaru finds him, claims and it becomes battle of evil people over Sasuke! That's my suggestion. Alter or trash it as you wish.) Good work on chapter one, though.
