the whole jumping from POV to POV sounds a lot like some sort of 6 degrees theory... v. interesting.

Oh. Boo. Now I feel stupid for submitting that slightly lengthier-than-usual review for the first chapter after realizing - whoops! - that wasn't the end, a second chapter exists.

Well, anyway. Moving on with the actual review...

In my opinion, if you combine these two chapters together to make one long oneshot, with the first chapter coming in as flashbacks plus a long-ish prologue from Hermione's POV, I'm certain it'll turn out lovely. Because that way, it won't seem so cut and abrupt.

As for that third chapter you're thinking of from Hannah's POV, I think you should either reserve that idea for another story (with only a few slight, vague references to this story) or abandon it completely. All would not be lost if you chose the latter; everything else you've written in this story and others more than makes up for it.

Then again, it's your story. I'm just offering my opinion and recommendations. Whatever you decide, I'll keep this story on my story alert list (though I know that by now, the chances of you updating this story seems to be almost nonexistent; you last updated in 2005) and I'll respect and support you until the day you stop writing. (And a bit more after that, actually. Your stories are that good. I particularly love The Year Of The Spiders and The Nietzsche Classes.)
