No characters from the already established movie continuity seemed out of place, and the MarySue character of "Wendy" had a genuinity to her character that made her seem like she really belonged in the world created by Roald Dahl when he wrote "Charlie & The Chocolate Factory". I recommend it to anyone who enjoyed the book, old movie, new movie, or just anyone who wants to read a good story. Looking forward to more from you, ~ Plastic Saint ~

Laseri 2005-10-21 ch 14,	abuseSorry I didn't review the last chapter, but this can count for both, 'kay? Wow...totally cool. Or warm. Whatever :P I love a fluffy ending! And that sugarplum faerie really is enchanting, I always look forward to her appearances; she created a good subplot for Charlie as well as being the reason for the whole situation. I don't quite get why Wendy disappeared as soon as Willy kissed her--it was kind of like her "awakening" in reverse. I loved Wendy's angst as she came to realise who she was--or wasn't--and that everything she thought was real had been "programmed" into her. I'm very glad she eventually became her own person, although it's telling that she only achieved this with Wonka's declaration of love. In all, this is a fantastic story--and I hope we get a sequel!! :P lase
