Awwww! I nearly cried at the end. Why do your stories always make me feel happy and sad at the exact same time? It's confusing!

On one hand, I feel horrible for Heiji and Kazuha who had to wait so long to be together.

On the other, Kazuha DID wait for him, and now they're together. And #$%, I feel like crying and smiling right now. Again. You're really good at inciting emotions with your writing. Keep it up.

I think Gin enjoys killing too much to wait. I had to be someone else to want Heiji to turn around or close his eyes. Gin seems like the kind a guy that would prefer to watch the death. I sound sick don't I? I think the end was sweet, kinda reminded me of the end of Titanic when Rose reunited with Jack...or did you do that on purpose? Well, it was a sad but sweet story, and Conan most likely tore the Black Org apart after this.

This was certainly not what I was expecting, but it is brilliant nonetheless. I feel sorry for Heiji, he didn't deserve to die. Still, this piece reminds us all that it's not all fun and games, as we so easily forget.

The idea of Heiji being a target since he's somehow always, one way or another, connected with Shinichi had been running through my head since the twelfth of forever.

I love that he left that message to Kazuha, I thought it was touching when I read it but when I came to the line "Well, we can talk tomorrow, I guess" I just bawled my eyes out -sobsob- I think that everyone was in character, I can really picture this in front of me. And when they telled Kazuha, it was- it was- it... Excuse me, I'm just going to go behind a corner and weep.
