In any case, I'm glad you're accepting anonymous reviews, because I wanted you to know how much I enjoyed your story. I always liked the idea that "Amanda-Q" would always carry loving sentiment for her human friends. Not that I care for the idea of the death of Beverly Crusher (which I hear is coming in a new pro novel, "Death in Winter"), but I'm pretty sure if Bev died, Amanda would respond just as she did in your story. Mm...wonder if the pro novel will include anything about Amanda? Probably not - more reason to be happy you wrote this.

Nice little piece. I always thought that Amanda was facinating and I think this piece does a lot to ad depth to her character. You always forget that the whole "imortality" thing is a curse as much as a gift. Great job!
